How does BedHub work?
BedHub is a free directory that connects families with small residential care homes across the US and Canada. Families can search by city, ZIP code, or state, browse detailed Listings, save homes they like, and contact care homes directly — all at no cost.
Is BedHub free for families?
Yes. BedHub is completely free for families. You can search, browse, save, and contact care homes without paying anything. Our platform is supported by care home Operators who pay for enhanced Listing features. Families will always have full, free access to the directory.
How do I list my care home?
Create an Operator account at /operators/signup. After registering, you can claim or add your care home Listing and choose a Tier that fits your needs. You receive a free 30-day trial automatically upon creating your account — no credit card required to start.
How do I update my Listing?
Log into your Operator account at /operators/login. From your dashboard, you can edit your home's details, update bed availability, upload photos, and manage your subscription. Changes are reflected on the public directory immediately after saving.
What are the Listing Tiers?
BedHub offers three paid monthly plans: Basic ($49.95/mo), Standard ($99.95/mo), and Premium ($139.95/mo). Each Tier unlocks additional features such as extended descriptions, photos, direct contact display, priority search ranking, and more. Upon registration you receive a 30-day free trial with Basic-level features at no charge. See the Listing Tiers page for a full comparison.
How do I contact a care home?
On each Listing page, you can send an Inquiry directly to the care home. Standard and Premium subscribers also display their phone number, email address, and website. BedHub does not intercept or modify any communications between families and care homes.
How is Listing information verified?
Listings are cross-referenced with state licensing databases and managed directly by care home Operators. We conduct regular data quality reviews. Operators with Premium subscriptions receive a Verified Home Badge after their Listing information has been reviewed and confirmed by our team.
How do I report incorrect information?
Use the contact form at /contact and include the care home name, city, and the specific information that needs correction. Our team reviews all reports and updates Listings as quickly as possible — typically within 2 business days.
